Week 4 Taislim Diet


I already have passed 2 more weeks in my Taislim diet and things are really getting GREAT! I am now on my 4 week in taking Taislim. When I woke up this morning (4 June, 2009) I went straight to check my weight and to my SURPRISED I am now on my 74.2kls that is 2.8kls dropped since 23 May,2009 and 5.5kls since 7 May, 2009 when I started.

What I have done in my last 2 weeks? Actually, nothing much I just continue doing my normal day to day activity. I went to the GYM 3 to 4 times a week, doing 15 to 20 mins stationery walking then lifting some weights for the next 30mins and finally finished my work out for a 10 to 15 mins stationery bicycle. I do this everyday in the morning or late afternoon depends on my free time.

When it comes to food intake, first thing in the morning when I woke up I make sure to drink 1 glass of water before doing anything else. Then before having my breakky I drink my Taislim Juice (60ml mix with water and lemon squeeze) 5 to 10mins before meal. I ussually have 2 toasted bread and a cup of soup (cream of corn soup) or a cup of oats or a bowl of cornflakes with skim milk. Then, I'll have 1 apple or a handful of grapes as my morning snacks.

Lunchtime, 60ml Taislim Juice(sometimes straight or mix with water and lemon) 5 to 10mins before eating then I will have my rice, meat and salad or tuna sandwhich or if am outside I'll have a KFC twisters. In my mid afternoon snacks I eat fruits or carrot sticks and 1 glass of water. Then, dinner time for the last 2 weeks I have been drinking Taislim Juice several times specially if have a big dinner. Same thing I make sure to drink my Taislim 5 to 10 mins before eating and have my normal food. What I have noticed is that my food intake is becoming less and less coz I easily get full everytime I ate. Supposedly no food after 7pm but then I work at night time so when I got home I feel like eating so I just have toast and a cup of soup.

Taislim really works and I have NEVER loose weight as easy as Taislim Diet. I am looking forward to my next 2 weeks progress and my goal is to be on my (atleast) 72kls. Good day :)

Week 2 of My Taislim Diet

















I am so happy and proud to share my Taislim diet. Today is my 16th day of taking Taislim and this morning what I did when I woke up was to weighted myself and so happy to see the scale 77KLS (u can see the photo). Hahahaha, at last the product works on me coz honestly I was hesitant at first if the product will really work on me. I have been trying a lot of slimming product before but it doesn't work.


Taislim is soooooo easy to take, I just have to drink 60ml mix it with water 5 to 10mins before breakfast and lunch. Sometimes I take it 3 times a day if I will have a big dinner. There is a Taislim plan that should be followed but unfortunately I wasn't able to do it coz am a rice eater (you know asians are) but still I lost weight. Also drinking a lot of water(8 glasses) is required to maximize the effectivity of the product. I do go to the GYM(even before on Taislim) 4 times a week to do some cardio exercise for an hour but with the result, now I am planning to make it 7 days a week to see great result. But as of now, am happy with 2.7kls dropped with doing nothing so special at all. I will be posting new pics in my blog for the next two weeks and see my progress.:)

I want to document my personal goal of losing weight by using an Amazing product called TAISLIM. This is me, and I am currently 79.7kilos and my biggest problem is my tummy. I have many clothes that cannot wear them anymore and my ultimate goal is to lose 15kls.
